warcrafts biggest fucking folly was that it never expanded horizontally, it only stacked new shit on top of the old I/e new raid, 10 more levels, new zones that's it. It needed to build more towards housing, revamped economy, ships, world building. Make the place feel real and that you can live in it. We have a naval themed expansion right now and you don't even get a boat to sail around island to island, exploring it, tying the boat to the old world too so you can cross the sea on your own or with friends.

Classic is fun with friends because it offers gameplay not possible in WoW anymore
Everything is slower and more difficult and the game rewards you for playing with friends and that's what I'm going to do, gather a group of friends and enjoy for as long as I can
Also I started playing late TBC so I missed out on all the vanilla content basically and have never done full runs of BRD etc

the dungeons in classic are piss easy, you get some good enough stuff to get into raiding if you want by just knowing what dungeons to do.
If you got friends who like the activities it's pretty ez mode and 40man raids means they take some shitty ass people with them as well so no fret, just don't expect to get the best gear soon if you play casually

You can tank almost every dungeon without being in tank spec and you can heal almost every dungeon without speccing specifically to healing.
The dungeons are piss easy don't try to tell anything else there are no mechanics no nothing, all you gotta do is los pull the mobs to a safe place and kill them
