Everybody would then move to Unity. While for the consumers this would be bad as Unity is shit, it would also pretty much be financial suicide for Epic.

unity will get more business and epic will be the ea of game engines
they are retarded and blinded by the success of fortnite so yes they will probably reach out to any unreal engine game and beg to have it on their irrelevant platform

That would force Nintendo to put Travis Strikes Again, NMH3 and the new Yoshi game on PC. Alongside other Switch exclusives that for some reason or another decided to go UE4 on the console, like SMTV. I find it unlikely.

With Borderlands 3 (another of 2k's IPs) being EGS, you can probably count on future 2k titles, including XCOM 3, to be EGS. Soooo
