I've had the same problem and cannot find a solution or explanation because decay seems too random to be linked to ignoring employees.

They have 100+ health. Blame the UI not translating to English properly.

I'm talking about the employee losing justice. Other anons have complained about skill decay. I've seen it happen in my game but not to all employees, I'll test it later if it has anything to do with fucking up during ordeals and suppressions.

I don't use that thing, every time I bring it up someone comments that as if using Yes/No has ever carried over to the next day (it does not). I don't rely on stat boosting tools, and if I were to use Mirror of Adjustment I'd know why my employees stats were decaying. I've had runs where I didn't even own a tool in the early days and their Justice went down by 1 point randomly, during a day with minimal damage received and ordeals suppressed swiftly.

If you have something that gives you stats for only a day it can do that. Basically the stats are showing your employee's stats go back to normal, it's not a permanent loss.

What if I have an employee that does not touch a single tool abnormality for the ENTIRE day, and no one else has, and they haven't even worked with an abnormality because I use them for security detail and they lose Justice and even Fortitude at times. What's the explanation for that.

I just restarted and got small birb and Shy Look as my starters so that's neat. Hoping to pick up Big Bird as one of my first WAWs.

Collect all the birbs and you get amazing gear.

Wew, finally did the 3 Aleph quest. After finishing it an agent accidentally triggered King of Greed and then both Red Riding Hood and Heroic Monk escaped, which led to Mountain of Smiling Bodies escaping again. That was intense as hell.

I've created backstories in my head for all of my employees even though everyone said to not get attached to them. I put all newbies in the Training department as a pretend training session for the first day I make them, then send them off based on their personalities

Do you have the painting abnormality? What I do is have my best employee research while the person he’s leeching HP from is in a recovery room. You can also surrounded him with white damage-dealing employees for good measure.
