legaia 2 felt like an unpolished turd on all ends,from map design to the inventory,whose idea was to lock a whole tier of accessories behind combination only? the only actual good thing was some of the music

Reminder that Legend of Legaia is a slow as shit grindfest RPG and isn't saved by its battle system which is just a mask over press X to win.

Got it for like 5 bucks when our local video rental store closed down. I was pretty obsessed with it for a time because of the wild west level. It's not good though.

Neat little game for the PS1. All attacks had their own 3D animation with the mechs, pretty cool. Other than that, what you would expect from an sRPG.

Played the demo more times than I can count on my 486. Incredible for the time.
