just make it f2p

gave me a good chuckle op

they barely sold 500 copies

It really wasn't that bad. Much more fun to play than Overdilation or Stillborn

>that one guy who keeps trying every day to see if some bros wants to play with him.

Why doesn't LawBreakers at the very least have a LAN feature? So that you could still play it after it dies?

Wrong pic

What went wrong?

>$60
It launched at $30 you fucking liar

it was made by cliffy b

fuck off newfag

Why are we making fun of this.
30 bucks or less seems a-okay for a MP only game.

It's a fucking quote you dumb shill

Cliffy if that's you I swear to god

You've already been caught here before.

Answer the question faggot.
Why was there a problem with that statement if you got all the content then and there with no microtransactions/lootbox shenanigans.

How do you get to absolute 0 players on a big AAA release?
You can find obscure mid-00s shooters that still have a handful of servers with people playing, how do you fail to entice a single person on the planet?

Nobody gives a shit if it costs $30 or was free it's a shit game, it launched with fuckawful buggy netcode that impressed literally nobody, into an already-oversaturated genre, aimed specifically at Quake boomers like Cliffy himself

>cliff b cant read his own quotes
lmao

they used up the money they'd need to rework the game for LAN on a battle royale game no one cared about. also doubt nexon would have allowed it either way.

shit marketing, shit artstyle, shit pricing. mechanically it was fine imo, probably would have done half-decently as a f2p game (a la paladins) if it didn't look like a barebones unreal 4 tech demo

HORY SHIET

You shut the login servers down.

>big AAA release
You wish cliff

If it was $20 to F2P there would have been a small community like Quake Champions

IIRC you can't even play as a character until you enter the game proper, and there's no option to play solo with bots. For as much shit Battleborn (rightfully) received, it at least had the foresight to add shitty AI bots.

Poor Cliffy B

In related news, Volvo's Artikek floated at around 270-320 simultaneous players at daily peak for about 2 months. Thru the last week and a half it fell to no more than 230 peak.

Could've
Would've
Should've
Didn't.

Matchmaking was a mistake.

>no microtransactions/lootbox shenanigans.
There was though, even worse than Overwatch/TF2, as you had to unlock skins for both the Law and Breaker teams separately despite the team using the exact same character skeletons/abilities.

lmao did they charge money for it?

Thats kinda sad

Isn't matchmaking grand?

>That drop from January to February

You're telling me.

Fuck you, buy the game

Yes, $20 gatekeeping fee which is stupid. You would think the company that started the shitty cosmetics market would understand how to hook the loot crate audience.
