MGS 4 is worst main game.

MGS4 is marginally better than V. Act 4 is the deal breaker, but both 4 and V are weak.

V gameplay is insanely good, and it has some good cutscenes and dialogue

Not even close. Only real good parts of MGS 4 are Rex vs Ray fight and few minutes on ship before elevator transport Snake to microwave chamber. Also Raiden cutscenes are cool.
