Reminder that Kronos III is the closest to what vanilla was like in terms of raid difficulty, meaning extremely easy. All other private servers have artificial difficulty by boosting boss armor and health (and even with that they're still joke easy).
On top of that you'll have 1.12 itemization. Classic will be an utter face roll. Realistically you'll be able to clear almost all content with 40 pallies if you want.
Just roll whatever you want vanilla raids are a joke and in no way will you be limited by your class or spec unless you want to speedrun.
