I do hate Nintendo zealots with a passion, but young adults really do have a Switch, if their money allows it that is. I am 24 and most of my friends have one. It is unsurprising aswell, considering Nintendo saddly is one of the few consoles which still centeres many of its games around local multiplayer.
It is a manchilds console if you play it alone in your basement, but it really helps to lift the mood if you invite some girls and play some drunk rounds of mario party/smash or mario kart.

Sony doesn't have official distribution in Mexico, so all PS4's are imported. Xboxes are sold officially, so the prices are adjusted for the market. They even used to be manufactured there, but I don't know if that's still the case.
Mexico doesn't care about the playstation because Sony doesn't care about Mexico, even if it's like the 5th biggest market for videogames worldwide.
