Part 6 is the worst part because it literally has nothing going for it. Every part has something it excels at and then you have Part 6 which is just lackluster in all aspects.

I like the prison setting and that paranoid "who can Jolyne trust" vibe. Likewise the stands in that environment are pretty terrifying like Jailhouse Rock.

Why do you think the Eyes of Heaven game brought back Dio as a villain and not Kira or something?
Personally I don't like the game or its story, but it shows on what level Dio is in terms of popularity compared to the others

I'll concede that Part 3 has my favorite crew, but the mini-villains aren't as memorable as later parts like part 4 and 5. Dio is charismatic sure but is jut kind of a meme character all around, at least Pucci and Valentine are better as characters entirely. Also Part 3 might have the best crew but not the best individual characters.
