Sounds like you'll have a bright future in game journalism.

>tfw Yea Forums get me to hate video games
>Can't enjoy shit anymore

You need to get tested.
This is not a joke or an insult, you really need to find out what's wrong with you.

>You need to get tested.
Tested for what?
>you really need to find out what's wrong with you.
Care to make a guess?

Nothing is wrong with him. He's just a little slow.

I'm undeveloped in the gaming sense.

>tfw no retarded gaming bf

What else do you have difficulty with?

become a pubstar

People, math, argumenting.

How much?

Are you able to understand jokes and detect sarcasm when people are speaking?

no, it makes me sad

I've got bad news for you, user.

You're probably just an Aspie, don't worry about it too much.

I know when people tell a joke or a funny story, but I don't laugh at them 99% of the time. I guess I don't understand the joke, but they aren't just funny and people get mad.
Depends on the sarcasm, I have experienced a mean sarcasm so long ago I can't even remember (or I have, but didn't detect it). Joke sarcasm I notice, and do myself alot.

You're probably not stupid. Just one of those people who refuse to learn. Most people make common mistakes in video games. Mistiming jump, falling in pits, getting hit, etc. But by acknowledging their mistakes, and learning from them, they correct their behavior and find success.

You have to start actually caring to learn, in order to learn. And accept lessons, instead of stubbornly trying to do things your own way. Because your own way is the retarded way.
Observe, analyze, adjust, and practice. That's how you adapt.

> Just one of those people who refuse to learn.
I learn and adapt, but too much. I fix the proiblem but when another problem comes I can't switch out the old solution to come up with another. It's always full on force with one tactic or another, never coming up strategies or solutions because I don't know what the you should do. I can't see those connections.

Give me an example.

>Dark Souls
>Use shield to block enemies attack then strike yourself
>It works
>Enemy staggers you even with the shield up
>All is lost
>Dodge behind him to counter his attacks
>Works
>Forget the shield do that until it doesn't work

Well, did you analyze why both options work? do you understand it? Or are you just making motions? Because doing is different than understanding.

>did you analyze why both options work? do you understand it?
No
>Or are you just making motions?
Yes

>amused by idiots
>their

Why though? Why don't you ask yourself "why"? If you noted why certain techniques work, then it will be easier to access the information later. Especially if you practiced the techniques a few times. Conscious practice sort of "greases" that path in your brain. So later, when you need to go there again, you more easily slip back into it on a subconscious level.

Even if something about the game appears to be no big deal, you still want to acknowledge it consciously. It will help. And as yourself why something works the way it works. Even if the answer isn't immediately obvious, working it out in your mind, will sort of "structure" ideas for you. So when you find matching information later, you can compare it to the idea you conceived of earlier.

>Spend 1,800hrs on Splatoon alone. Still can't aim for shit.

>Why don't you ask yourself "why"?
Don't know, it never comes to mind when it's time. Now I can ponder on what is going on, but when I play everything is blank. If I don't have a map or a guide right next to me, then I'd forget about them in a second too.
