Kind of reminds me of the earlier Harvest Moon games. Maybe A Wonderful Life on Gamecube?

I actually thought about making this kind of game because I want to play it so much and there's nothing quite like it on the market.
My idea was isometric view like in the OP with gameplay similar to Bully in the sense you have several kid groups fighting each other and also you have seveal girls you want. You would need to care for your social standing among kids and and do side missions like paperboy to get some more money.
Seting would be something Providence during 1980's.
But i got regural job so that's not happening.
