playing morrowind for the first time after skyrim and oblivion because dark elf became my favorite class, i have dark brotherhood at my ass every now and then and i could do something to get rid of them but man they drop the good shit. one of those fucks dropped me a daedric wakizashi, and their armors/weps are good to sell (that fucking daedric wakizashi costs about 48k gold its so expensive that i straight decided to simply level up short blade and use it myself instead of selling it for mere 1500g), (and since i chose light armor i use it as well) now they send me 2 assassin with blades enchanted with paralize/poison so i kinda have to cheese them, but killing them and sell their shit racks me a lot of gold

There's literally multiple mods that either completely remove or tone down the level scaling depending on what you prefer. OOO, MOO are two of the big ones but there's plenty of others.

Why are you now whining about the levelling system when you were originally talking about level SCALING?
And you've clearly never played OOO because you're objectively wrong. OOO doesn't change anything to do with *how* the player levels, it's just slower. OOO focuses on massively reducing level SCALING, it doesn't make any major changes to the character levelling system at all. Smaller mods are added on top of it for that.

OpenMW runs a lot better on my PC than the original.
Only thing I hate is that they removed the pixel shaded water.

Well, a lot of the cool stuff worth doing by the endgame is locked behind an additional paywall, be it ESO plus subscription or buying the DLC with microcurrency. They're decent dlc's that add lots of dungeons and worldspace. Though there's a lot of questing to do if that's your thing, I have nearly 300 hours and haven't even finished Ebonheart questline yet.
