you learn to accept the fact that you're gonna have a body that looks like something and people are gonna see it without feeling bad over it
then, you walk, bike and jog to slowly transform your jiggling thing that people are gonna see anyways into non-jiggling thing. when you realize that is a matter of moment to moment action to keep improving, it becomes hooky to do so.
the other guy said no grain, but replacing your sources of carbohydrates with rye will make fighting against being hungry easy, since it keeps you full for longer than just about anything.

Going by Yea Forums standards fat as fuck is actually an outlier, that is, it's more common for someone who plays vidya to be a skeleton as opposed to a fat fuck. But then again, Yea Forums is practically normalfag central these days so take that as you will
half your meal don't even think of exercising, the moment you think of exercise your body and mind will will do everything to stop you.
How do people let themselves get so fat? I always drop a shit ton of weight easy right before summer, lost 30 lbs from Jan to May went from 170 to 140. All you gotta do is eat less, I didn't even bother with cardio cause it's boring.
Count your calories, stop eating snacks, have 3 set meals a day (it can be whatever the fuck you want as long as you stay below your calorie intake, avoid sugar though) and if you're hungry beyond that eat celery or some shit. Also never ever ever drink your calories, cut out all sodas, juices, alcohol, etc. Limit yourself to water and diet drinks. Find a calculator online that tells you how any calories you gotta eat a day. You can do cardio but it's not worth it, takes like 20 mins to burn 100 which at that point I'd rather skip the cookie or whatever bullshit you would eat in the first place.

Exercise (Especially while in a fasting state) including cardio and some shit like pushups and squats for muscle. Right now just walking would be enough. 20 minutes minimum, brisk walk.
