It's not. Modding makes you able to change the background and edit the character's poses, expressions, fingers and so on just with a menu that comes with a simple button press, all mid-gameplay. I'm at ultra-low tier level when it comes to making these, hop on the /vg/ thread to see people actually trying.

Instead of creating this abomination that amalgamates railroading and free roam they should've focused exclusively on fleshing out the latter to its fullest extent in both gameplay and fetish department to create the ultimate erotic sandbox. I mean you can make really girly boys in Koikatsu vanilla and AA at least acknowledged faggotry even if it was a fade to black, so how is it we still don't have traps?
