Games weren't made because it failed to move units early. That's why Nintendo bought an entire commercial slot in the Super fucking Bowl for the Switch's pre-launch advertisement.

People weren't buying the Wii U because they literally thought it was a new controller for the Wii. Turns out that people don't buy your product if they don't know what the fuck it is.

In fact, most major Japanese devs outright ignore it or port the games so much later they become irrelevant.
