Asmongold currently enjoying some questing in ESO. Why haven't you given this game a chance/second chance yet? It's in a beautiful place and some of the best raid leaders I know that have made a permanent home came from all other MMORPGS.

Realistically the only benefit from subscribing (Outside getting every DLC and old expansions for free) is the craft bag. And considering there is now even more storage options (House chests) most people can get away with not having it.

Then they introduced level scaling and it ruined the entire game. Every enemy archetype you meet takes the same amount of hits to kill and the more levels you get, the weaker you become because of the rising gear cost which eventually becomes almost impossible to finance. Meanwhile, a level 30 chad is one hit killing you in PvP because a level 30 legendary set costs like 5k gold for him and will beat your level 500 ass into oblivion.

Fuck level scaling.

This. And realistically, all materials are pretty non-expensive. Not hoarding crafting materials unless you are a die hard craft-only type of person, it's not that big of a deal to just buy what you need when you need it from guild stores.

Elders scrolls lore outside of morrowind is so fucking boring and most of it is such a blatant copy paste of lotr that I cannoy get into anything elder scrolls related

I bought the game a week ago and it's great so far,really enjoying the questing and the lore overall.Even random side-quests are charming enough for me to finish them.

I've only done the daily battleground queues but this doesn't seem right honestly.They have more skills unlocked and set skills,no?Kinda wish PvP gear and lvl was like in GW2 instead of this.

This isn't true. The difference between mobs now, and before One Tamriel is you now have access to more content immediately. If anything, it should be much easier for you to explore and conquer now. Before, you were restricted to certain zones until you reached certain levels. And I have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to "Financing gear." It's literally the same cost to gold any piece of armor in the game. If you are struggling to kill a "Level 30 chad" let me start off by stating the obvious: Your gear probably sucks, and you have no concept of PvP. And no, it costs far more than 5k to upgrade your gear to all gold. But in all honesty, the only pieces that are important to have gold that actually make a difference are weapons and jewelry.

I did. I got bored again in a week because all they add is more quests.
Let me know when they decide to do something with the alliance war again since it was literally the whole marketing point and a huge part of the main story and PvP that just dropped off of the face of the earth.
Cyrodiil came out with the game and so far they added destroyable Bridges and flags no one cares about.

No. By level 20 you have finished transforming all your relevant skills, so if you are min maxing, your build is complete at that point.

Constellation Points (Aquired after hitting the soft level cap) are account bound, meaning that if you make a new character you have your entire skill tree already unlocked with the points.

You can not decide who you fight against, my dude. PvE and PvP is not segregated by level brackets.

Literally what are you talking about? I can go into trials with a group of level 30's and steamroll it due to the way scaling works, then craft a *legendary* set for 5k gold.

Meanwhile, if you are level 449, you will have a 80% damage penalty applied to you ANYWHERE, because you can only craft gear every 20 levels after crossing the soft cap. You basically receive this damage penalty for not wearing gear at your current level. Not only that, crafting lvl 460 legendary gear costs 120k PER PIECE.

The level 30 chad using level 30 legendary gear for 5k will do the SAME damage as if you were 460 with legendary gear for almost a million gold. This is for PvP AND PvE. Are you retarded at math or do you not see how this is ridiculously unfair? Not to mention that YOUR CP IS ACCOUNT WIDE.

Combat, like all ES games, is dull.

It looks awful in screenshots. Besides EVERYTHING was copied from other MMOs mostly GW2. Seems like they took the cloning up a notch by throwing level scaling as well. ANyway, if you have played like 2 other MMOs you have seem this one too. It is nothing new, special, or anything noteworthy, just a money machine.
