I keep saying you don't have to finish missions on the day you get them, but these are easy to manage. You can keep working your promotion guys after you have filled the day's PE quota to ensure they get the promitions.

Some of them are easy to deal with. The further you go, the easier the earlier ones become.
The later ones still fuck you raw, but hey, that's the game.
