These killed Yugioh for me desu, completely made all the previous deck iterations irrelevant.
You could say powercreep existed before but these flat out made others irrelevant while something like E-Hero/D-Hero was still just stronger

Game was objectively worse back in the day due to the number of straight degenerate cards in original sets. New summoning mechanics did nothing wrong.

Literally the only viable way of playing Power Creep Trading Card Game without wasting hundreds only to get BTFO consistently by players who spend way too much on the game

I just got this game so I can play again the decks I used to play irl.pic related, some of my most loved cards I put on my wall
I think it's probably worse with the earlier gens that can't spam out links as easy.
