shit it shouldn't be:
aztec
native americans
norse
china
dark souls
fantasy
future shit

What's left?

Japan again?

a new idea. i feel like his games would be much more suited to a world created from scratch or something surreal

Modern Day souls

Africa souls would make for some good shitposting material.

A Paper Mario-styled game with dadaist humor, fun worlds, and clever characters.
I'm so fucking sick of soulshit

Ninja Blade 2.

what kinda stupid name is "From software" or a company anyhow?

Attached: chi.jpg (450x281, 87K)

Armoured souls

>From will go down in history as the company who only made souls

Attached: 1529499467161.gif (416x307, 2.58M)

Incan souls

*for a company

It would still be borrowing from existing cultures. The world of dark souls in itself was already fairly unique before people started drawing parallels.

Armored core 6

How about a new Armored Core and not another Dark Souls clone?

ARMORED CORE

Viking Souls

Attached: 1553461240776.png (500x500, 246K)

borrowing from existing culture and lifting a fanfare aesthetic aren't the same

Give the rights to Dark Souls to the team B and let Hackizaki do whatever the fuck he feels like

Metal Wolf Chaos Dos: Mexicans Invade

The setting of Sekiro is absolutely garbage and boring so not that.

I hope their next game is a casual game or some shit. Sick of everyone thinking they are amazing cause they play 'difficult' games. And can't stand that vaatividya fuck, who acts like every game they make is this whimsical deep experience when it's really not.

Dark Souls II 2.

A fast paced Urban Fantasy action game.

Dark Souls, but it takes place in the hood. A large American metropolis that completely fell apart due to crime and gangs. All your enemies are black people and mexicans, and the bigger enemies are just mutated forms of blacks and mexicans (they got mutated from drinking the Flint water lol)

no one thinks they're "amazing" becuase they play souls games, people play them because they are fun. but it speaks volumes about what a queer you are that your first thought about a videogame is "oh god i wonder what OTHER PEOPLE WILL THINK OF ME IF I PLAY THIS VIDEOGAME"

?
dark souls 2 was shit though. we dont want more failed frankenstein experiments.

>hurr durr dark souls too hard

Armored Core obviously

Attached: 1532485418198.jpg (490x365, 46K)

mario souls

soulslike combat but you play a black teenager growing up on grove street

Dark Souls as a whole is a failed frenkenstein experience.

not like they made anything else worth playing anyway

Well now that you fucking say no Aztec souls

Attached: 1556943926630.jpg (1366x2189, 742K)

Corporate souls. Not dissimilar to the surge, a game in a modern day industrial setting, perhaps at place like one of those huge google campus' that gets locked down after employees start going berserk.

A Tanimura-directed dark fantasy action RPG.

Tenchu reboot. Wrath of heaven but with improved more fluid combat, co OP with 2 players and and open world with player controlled bosses and sub bosses instead of invasions. Also the arena vs mode from wrath of heaven, dog remodels and all.

>no Aztec souls
Mayan Souls.

Really, cause the persistent "WOW SO HARD" threads make it seem like a back patting exercise to me.

I don't think that normie.

A new fucking Armored Core.
We don't have any mech games these days.

Armored Core MoA/2/AA remake

Souls on an alien world

Basically a more crazy version of Bloodborne

>The world of dark souls in itself was already fairly unique before people started drawing parallels.
What is berserk? What is Dark Fantasy?

B L O O D B O R N E T W O

Incan souls: the lost city

This. It's so obvious.

Investiture of the Gods aka Fengshen Yanyi aka Houshin Engi.

>purely matriarchal city
>so overprotective of their men they become NEETs in the fucking 14th Century
>city becomes a shithole due to that
Machu Picchu was a mistake

>berserk have sword
>chosen undead have sword
>they same

Armored Core is the only Answer For this.

would be neat to see one with a setting like Zeno Clash. Just totally surrealist in aesthetic with some underlying lore to explore that situates the setting in its own reality instead of just using the setting as a backdrop

Age of the Deep
spiritual BB sequel

This is the only correct answer

Attached: 702.jpg (444x475, 24K)

The right answer is Aztec Souls.

The second right answer is "Native American Souls" set in either: Colorado, Black Hills of South Dakota, or the Pacific Northwest.

After that? African Souls.

A game that connects the universes of all previous soulsbornekiro games. A point where the lands converge.

kill yourself

mecha souls

you got an Answer For everything, eh?

I think it would be interesting to see them continue to move away from Souls for a while, but if they don't I think a deep sea themed one could be pretty cool.
Kinda like some of the stuff from the Bloodborne dlc but taken to the extreme.
There's all sorts of weird fuckes up stuff living deep in the ocean as is,I think it could make a cool setting.

I think they need to go the way of Giraffe Town

aztec/mayan would make sense for a bb sequel. their whole religious system revolved around blood sacrifices.

I don't want them to era-hop like ass creed does. They've done dark fantasy, Victorian/Lovecraft and Sengoku/Shintoism, none of which stood out as much as "now we're in aztec land lmao guys looks panthers and cutting out hearts as a mechanic" would. It's just too dull of a next step for them and I doubt Miyazaki would entertain the idea of going in that direction unless they had a particularly fitting setting in mind.

Creating your own world would fall under either fantasy, or future shit.

Pretty sure they said they were never going to make a game in the souls series again.

Bloodborne doesn't count.

to make a soulslike game they can't stray too far away from any setting where melee combat is the system that makes the most sense. In that regard they are quite limited/have to make a lot of concessions in the settings they choose.

>rip off Let It Die's armor/weapon aesthetic
>set it in a futuristic theme park
>overrun it with deranged squatters, mutants and rogue animatronic anime girls
Something -- anything -- that isn't just another retread of Drangleic or Yharnam desu.

Dark Souls 4. I'm already tired of this assassin's creed esque jumping around meme shit.

Lost Kingdoms III

Armored Core. Miyazaki has wanted to do it for a while now; acknowledging the failures of the past handful of AC games. They also worked out VR with Deracine, so AC with a VR option, done right, would be very much welcome now. Mecha games have stagnated and need a boost.

Armored Core

also
>Hard mode: no Aztec souls
How is this hard mode? Who the fuck wants to play as inbred dirty shitskin goblins running around in loincloth?

Attached: 1551582484082.png (285x276, 65K)

Ninja Blade 2

Zombie Souls

BLAMEborne obviously

native south americans

this
BLAME's aesthetics art top tier

Pre-Islam Arabian Souls with all sorts of different djinns and stuff

Sekiro ended with a China sequel bait though.

This. With a multiplayer horde mode where you defend The Wall from invading wetback hordes

I really can't see how VR would work in AC. Way too fast especially 4/5.

Dead Space Souls

Attached: 3NGwXPMiEn5V3f4QtMwuU4.jpg (1500x844, 263K)

A post apocalyptic game where corporations are vying for control of the world and you use mechs

Do you want to uuuhhhhhh... FUCK MY MARKER?

something with water since they added swimming
pirate game probably

>a world created from scratch
Based retard, there's no such thing. You were just less informed on your first playthrough of dark souls

Armored core 6

Now this I’d be down for. Or dorohedoro souls even

That’s sekiro 2 though, not their next soulslike IP

Metal Warriors Soul.

Western Cowboy Souls or American Civil War Souls.

They should try something new, like a hack and slash game set in a dystopian utopia.

Source? I never heard of that before.

Shadow Tower 3 please.

Are these and Kings Fields worth playing?

Space

Football

Another echo night

Attached: IMG_6146.png (220x220, 61K)

A horror game

This, a game where you explore a dark cold world with monsters all around would be cool

Armored core souls.

SEKIRO 2
>SEKIRO 2
SEKIRO 2
>SEKIRO 2
SEKIRO 2
>SEKIRO 2

Attached: 1555320919569.jpg (1079x721, 340K)

Shadow Tower Abyss is the only one I've played but yeah, it was worth it. It's really clunky but I liked the atmosphere and the weirder health based loot mechanics. There isn't really a comprehensive guide online so it's fun trying to figure out how all the stats and status effects worked, kinda like what it felt like when playing Demon's Souls for the first time. It took me less than 10 hours to beat so it's not a big time investment.

A Zelda game designed like the Sunken DLC.

i just want this to happen

Attached: default.jpg (1280x720, 51K)

Bloodborn kart

Unironically

Attached: IMG_1873.jpg (960x554, 41K)

sekiro and tench are really good.

If you're willing to put up with the shit controls and clunkyness kingsfield is worth it.

Armored core.
Kill soulsfags

>A Soulsborne set on an Alien planet.
>A Soulsborne set on the deep ocean.

So how bad did AC do that From stopped making them?

ACV actually sold really well for the series but poor player support from Bandai-Namco killed all interest in the series.
