I think the best would be anyone who can make Dwarf women look cute, but still look like they're a counterpart to the males. anyone can make a normal stocky woman and call her a female dwarf, but that's boring. Honestly when it comes to dwarves everyone fucking sucks, especially female dwarves
Sometimes elves and orcs are pretty interesting and unique in their own setting but dwarves are always the most generic ass "short stocky people with a stubborn stoic attitude" or whatever the fuck. And their society is often just as generic as well.
Not to mention they always look old as fuck for no reason, both men and women look like middle aged humans and I struggle to think of many games that had a conventionally (for humans) young looking, attractive dwarf which pisses me off because it feels lazy. I guess Pillars of Eternity counts for some portraits, as well as Kingmaker and Original Sin 2. At least for women.
