Will the PC version gets the improvements of the Switch/Xbox one? Should i wait or are the changes really not that important?
Will the PC version gets the improvements of the Switch/Xbox one...
what improvements?
pc version is the only 60fps one right? it has mods too
found this post on reddit
>muh 60fps
Grow up.
But this one is for all the Zodiac Age versions i think, its the Switch and Xbox one that have some additional shit
Reclassing is new i think, everything else pc had without patches/mods.
what are you talking about? this has been on pc for a year. its the intl. zodiac job system version and supports 60fps, ultrawide, and you can play ng+ and - without finishing the game first. there's also an fps and fov unlocker to go beyond 60 as well customizing in the game speed multiplier.
go back faggot there's zero context to that picture
>defending shit versions
you first.
there are even extensive gameplay mods.
Sorry i am a retarded, didnt notice the NEW tag
if you were offered 30 fps or 60 fps why would you choose 30 and call it better?
Because of brain damage
>Being a militant mustard
Grow up, Shitposter. Platform warring is high school shit.
I prefer form factor over arbitrary running speed in a JRPG of all things.
you are an autistic manchild
Get better bait. This might have worked in 2010 reddit, but even they woke up.
You are a Shitposter.
Grow up kid.
Off the top of my head the two most important introductions with the Switch version were 60fps (?) and job respeccing, which is only useful for new players, really. I would be shocked if these changes never came to PC, though I do expect a delay on it. Even so, PC will always have the edge as the modding community grows. Even with its limited capabilities, current FFXII modding can do some impressive stuff.
Those changes are just for TZA, which came out on PS4 years ago. Those are the upgrades from IZJS/original versions which were released over 10 years ago.
What's arbitrary about doubling the frame rate?
It's a JRPG with automated combat, that allows you to pause whenever you want to take an action. The framerate is inconsequential.
>Those changes are just for TZA, which came out on PS4 years ago. Those are the upgrades from IZJS/original versions which were released over 10 years ago.
The ones labeled NEW are Switch/Xbone, get your head checked and do your research.
Wait so you're delusional? Explains the autism.
Sorry, I stopped reading after the first few. I don't know how much research you want me to do, I've got a few hundred hours in TZA on Steam, easily thousands on IZJS + original. Also, Sky Pirate's Den is NOT new to the switch version, it's in the PC version as well - that also tripped me up. So you're... a little wrong. NG+ with inventory retention (as opposed to current NG+ without it), multiple gambit sets are the big QoL changes I forgot about. Still, only three of those bullets are actually new to the Switch version.
Although I'm not sure about languages outside English and Japanese for the PC version, now that I think about it.
NAA kiddo.
>I stopped reading a concise 8 item list after the first few
Do you have ADHD?
>Den is NOT new to the switch version, it's in the PC version as well
It's available as a mod, not off the bat. Did you stop reading halfway through the fucking sentence?
Any mod recommendations?
Letting you switch jobs mid game is retarded and proves that SE doesn't know what they're doing.
I didn't have to patch for Sky Pirate's Den, either. That may have been a PS4 patch, but if YOU were reading you would know I've only played TZA on Steam, amigo.
Because it claimed to be a list of new features, but the first entries on the list (including the first one that says NEW!) aren't actually new features.
Actually, the worst decision was adding in second jobs. IZJS was already ridiculously easy, but now it's just silly.
Everyone is going to point you to a mod called Struggle for Freedom, it's the most comprehensive overhaul I know of to this point. The highlight is rebalanced enemies, magicks, and technicks to introduce a reasonable level of challenge to the game. It also has options for original license board, TZA job license boards, nerfed TZA jobs, or the mod's custom jobs... which, if I'm being honest, are ass, at least last I checked. But I'm sure they have changed a lot since then, including some changes from my very own feedback which makes me feel special.
