No. It was a small game that was included with a Cable Box back in the 90s.
Weird mix of Pacman, adventure game and collectathon.
The Skull faces were vulnerable only when you had a sword powered up, each dungeon had 9 rooms, 9 talismans (here, the bolt), and you had to collect all 9 talisman. each room had a key which opened a random talisman door.
The collectathon part is if you beat all enemies in a room, a prize spawns. Not required, but it unlocked something if you collected them all cannot remember)
