Not at all. But it's better not to shampoo every day because it can damage your hair. Your hair will be greasy while it's adjusting though, so it can be hard to make the change. Using soap and water every day, however, is an absolute must for hygiene, and anyone who is to lazy to do so is going to smell like shit.

it depends. i used to use a normal amount of shampoo which turned out to be too much and irritated the hell out of my scalp. so i stopped using shampoo for a few months. i started getting white gunk from fungal growth.

nowadays i just squeeze out a quarter-sized glob of shampoo and then follow up with lots of conditioner.

Showering with certain soaps can dry out your skin if you use them daily. You should be washing your arm pits, ass and genitals daily though but everywhere else doesnt have to be as often.

Probably in the morning, but your body will adjust eventually either way. If you're exercising a lot you should probably shampoo everyday, but if your hair isn't too oily, every 2-3 days is more ideal.
