Most arcade games run on a PC with windows. I remember working on this one like multiplayer fishing game and it ran on w7 as well and one part of it was fucked and had a blue screen while the other parts were fine. Usually it's meant to run on specific hardware, like i remember needing an nvidia card for a machine, cause it just refused amd. hot japanese tech, for performance though i guess.

I mean, it was ported to PS360 back in the day. Still holding out for an AGES port like Virtua Racing got recently but I'm not that optimistic.
Sega Europe is the branch that handles all the PC ports for Sega stuff like Valkyria Chronicles or Catherine for a more recent example.
