No. If it just had lows and overheads I would love it but it really feels like a party game

if you like the interaction between charact, the snk fanservice (quotes, story, costumes, music) etc. is very fun

No. It's legitimately unfun and the netcode is terrible. You'll probably get 2 hours out of it and get bored.
