It should mean that you don't let one hit 0 by ignoring it for the 60 seconds it's in meltdown. If you send a worker to do work before it hits 0 you should be good.

So I got into the game after spotting a few Yea Forums threads and I quite like it after 5 hours. Made it to Day 11 so far.

So concretely are there any reasons besides Ordeals and Meltdowns affecting more and more rooms that you wouldn't want to delay the end of the day as long as possible? The AI tells me sometimes to check how much time is left in the day but I haven't seen anything remotely similar to a timer so far, and have been able to farm a single monster for their E.G.O. with ease.

I started playing this game with intent to read AIs dialogues so I could lewdpost them (and especially Angela) later. It's a slow process because I keep friendly-firing dudes with a musket and I refuse to lose dudes.
But the more I play the more I dislike Angela and the more I just want my employees to be happy.

Also, is it a viable meta to keep moving your veterans to the newly unlocked departments and throw new hires in Team Control? Or should I hire hire level guys for the new depts regularly too?

as you get further in the ordeals get much harder, but yes, you can farm one abnormality to get a lot of good stuff early on, eventually you get ones that get harder to do the more times you do them

The meltdowns/ordeals are trouble enough, but if they're manageable, the optimal strat would be doing as much work as humanly possible. After all, your employees get stat boosts for each unit of work they complete. Early on, it's possible to grind employees from level I to level V in a single day

I'm on Day 34 and haven't reset yet. Only really hit a wall when first unlocked Central Command, since got a bunch of Alephs I couldnt handle. But managed to make it through. Just took lots of resets/RNG.

Only hit Noon once, haven't seen Dawn. Seems like on the upswing, since have decent control over Alephs for lots of energy.

Team is basically a couple V's a couple 3's and 4's. Just seems leveling lower dudes is so energy inefficient.

Like Fallout simulator mixed with SCP shit. Made by Koreans, but the translations surprisingly good, and keeps the story well told.

You have rooms with Monsters in them and a team of Employees. You have to send Employees into the Monsters' rooms to make Energy. If you piss off/fuck up the Monster breaks out and starts fucking up your base. You have to gather a set amount Energy every Day. Each day you get a new Monster to deal with.

It's an RNG/puzzle/base management game.

Mountain, Blue Star and CENSORED are probably the easiest ALEPH's out of the bunch. Nothing There is soloable with Rabbit Squad, but if you're planning on using your own Agents then the only difficult thing is managing Red Shields and dodging GOODBYE's. Silent Orchestra can go fuck itself. Never fought Melting Love before. Alternatively you can just aim to have a Bird party.

The problem with birb party is that it's never just them. Because of Big's gimmick, if it gets out you probably already have a condition, and if they get the whole gang together, shit's gonna be an all-out monster mash. Potentially preferable to the alternatives if you don't have any ALEPHs but if bird lets out Red, meguca, or Meat Lantern you're gonna get shit on.

No? 2 or 3 level 5 employees in aleph can take him down, you just need to use one or two slow bullets. If he gets out more than twice in a day you're doing something wrong. You can mitigate clerk deaths during ordeals and also plan ahead before ordeals by properly spreading your employees to minimize deaths when the ordeal happens.

As a general rule try to unlock the managerial tips before anything else experiment a bit and don't be afraid to restart

Think about how f-02-44 looks like after you do work on it and judge what your last action was before your character died, then reset the day and don't repeat it because LOB points are precious in the beginning of the game.

I have 10 lvl 4-5 employees with good gear and weapons.

They are in the game to spice things up and keep every day unique

they act as walls so you can't infinitely grind out a day for upgrades, they don;t usually break things out of containment unless you don't deal with them when they pop up, and as you get further you can deal with them more easily to get further along to do more shit

To bring a challenge. You can't just get away with farming One Sin all day. Ordeals of increasing difficulty encourage players to farm higher level Abnormalities to prevent them from happening as often. Later in the game you see more difficult Ordeals too.
