People should work overtime if it helps to meet a deadline, but don't fucking run a slave ship. When my job gets busy I work 55 hours instead of the usual 40 but I did so of my own free will. There is no forced overtime, and if there is we would be asked well in advance so we would be prepared for it. Working 50-60 hours is one thing, 100 hour work weeks are unacceptable.
As far as toxic behavior goes, I'm sure people are blowing shit way out of proportion. No one really does shit like this. We may dick around and stuff but nothing like what these people are saying. People need to let off a little steam.
If there is actually evidence of toxic behavior, then Netherealm studios should answer for it. Until then it's just some people bitching or complaining that someone "looked at them wrong"
