League of Legends IS Flash now. The game has been designed around it for nearly a decade. They can't remove it. What should happen is Flash should become a standard ability and they should completely drop the joke that is implying you would ever take anything but Flash in 90% of situations. Add a couple more summoners for variety. Alternatively, just make it so you can't use Flash for 1.5 seconds after taking damage.

Then you'd be dueling the same person or people in lane for so very very long with no variety, but usually without resolution because flash and towers.

I used to play it all the time with my friends back in like 2011, we had like +10 people and always had a full group so it was fun but now when I tried to give it a chance after all those years its just sad. All my friends been offline for years so its really telling where the game went. There is now a fully forced meta that if you ignore you will be fully reported by everybody and not picking flash will result into reports aswell for *trolling*.

Every thanks to the 15 min surrender option most games end up in flaming/Afking if the game gets firstblood and such, most of my games that I tried ended because of that, just constant whining and wanting to give up. Also events are now just all about selling skins, before they gave away RP/boosts on christmas and such but yeah, also they removed IP and gave us blood gems insted that are harder to farm since you no longer get points for just playing a game. Also most heroes that I liked have been changed or fully nerfed to the ground, poppy was my fave hero, yes she looks miles better but her kit is just garbage, she is even less picked now than before and she already was never picked even in pubs

I remember reading a statistic like 90% of the games are decided within the first 12 minutes. Whoever has more gold at 12 minutes, will win the game. Also the fact that one bad player can ruin your game and even one good player cannot balance it out.

They just have to make a new map be a standard one and people would come running back. The three lane, two jungle format became boring and stale since every MOBA game does it. The game would benefit greatly from a new way of playing.

Most of my friends quit and the game is basically unplayable alone, unless you've got good patience. I don't. I got mad at it so I stopped playing.
I tried to come back recently and they've changed pretty much everything about it in terms of gameplay mechanics so I don't even feel that itch I occasionally did (or haven't since I came back last year anyway). When this season started I was in the top 5 Jhin players in NA based on KDA and CS, for some reason I lost any drive to play, I had an 80% winrate over 20 something games and I should have just kept going

Games seem so focused around whoever is the worst player on each team, whoever gets the person who feeds the hardest or disconnects halfway though loses most of the time. It's super demoralising to win your lane and still have little to no effect on the outcome of the game.

LoL is basically dota designed by people who have no clue what they're doing. Here's a few examples: in dota cheap items are more stats effective, in lol they are less so meaning you are further rewarded for winning. In dota everyone has access to cheap tp scrolls so players can be mobile and active, in lol it's a pre-game picked skill. Flash. In dota healing skills are aggressive tools or clutch skills, in lol they are grindy healbot things. In dota towers are relatively weak but have plenty of cover for defending players ensuring skilled juking makes a difference, in lol they are retarded death rays. And so on.

I don't know when you stopped playing, but towers nowadays might as well just be giant gold ingots for bieng this useless. Ho wait, they actually are sine a few updates

Shitty balance decisions in gameplay, champions and items just made me quit this game.

I started plaing it before even season 1 and it was magical, but the more this game became known, the more RIOT tried to make game more "Mainstream" decided to balance game around whinnings of some retard kids who now make fortnite dances in public.

And they passed the line in moment when the same retard kids cried about that they lose game because they focus tank first... and riot made fuckton of direct(Nerfing tank items, removing the glorious force of nature etc.) and nondirect(Reworked fiora, lord dominik regards and all antitank shit) changes to slap tanks durability to the fucking ground. So now kiddos can win the game even if they focus tank first.
All what good left is League of Legends female characters and Rule34 with them.

Its not balanced though. I dont want to win one game in 18 minutes and lose the next one in 18 minutes because each team has one retard on their side who feeds the enemy

Bored. Theer hasn't been any major innovations in gameplay style in years. Nothing close to when the Koreans, especially Faker, got good and started making flashy plays like the insec kick.
The closest thing we get is when there's a new champion with a radically different kit like Zoe. Who funnily enough had to be the most bitched about champion of all last year, because LoL players can't adapt.

They had a very successful game many people loved, myself included. Then in Season 3/4, for no reason at all, they tried to turn it into HotS, a game universally regarded as garbage.

Low income playstyles? That's not healthy for the game, everyone should have gold! (Increased ambient gold, lowered creep gold, OP support items)
Different levels, based on how well you performed on the match? That's not good, everyone should be the same level! (Insane catch-up experience)
Champions that can actually carry 1v9? That's bad design, everyone should be able to carry! (Homogenized champion design, excessive focus on cooperation)
Solo queue? That's toxic, what about Flex queue? (What were they thinking holy shit)
A wide variety of viable strategies? That's not fun at all, we decide how players should play! (Back in the day you could play teamfights, splitpush, poke, globals, protect the carry, pick comps... then the meta became laneswaps and do nothing for 20 minutes. After that, it was do nothing for 20 minutes and then teamfight 5v5.)

They went full retard at the end of Season 7 and first half of Season 8, that's when most people left. At some point they fixed some of these problems, but it was too little too late, people finally figured how fucking incompetent Riot actually is. They always were, but in the early days you overlooked many of their moronic decisions because they were a small, indie company. After so many years, people couldn't put up with this ever-changing mess of a videogame anymore.

Doesn't matter how high the quality control is for each individual hero, or map, or models, the graphics, fanservice, or even the emphases on ranked play and E-Sports. Riot's insane employee turnover rate is insanely apparent even as a player who doesn't read any news or interviews to do with the game. The best example of this is the constant reworks they've been giving out for the past few years only to revert them later on. They absolutely REFUSE to revert the changes even if they're the most asinine shit and literally nobody likes them (see the ADC changes last season), until the guys in charge of that get fired and someone who liked it the old way comes in and immediately reverts it (see the ADC revert this season). This also applies to champs, like Leblanc's revert, ahri's revert, malz's half-revert before nerfing him into oblivion, mordekaiser's nerfing into the ground before his 800th rework etc.

Not to mention it's painfully apparent they don't give a single shit about what goes on in-game as 90% of the stuff in the client is about new skins coming out and esports. When patch notes come out they don't get pinned to the front page of the client, they get buried under like 5 pages of new skin releases within 24 hours. The game is unironically soulless and the devs don't give a fuck. Even their new logo is fucking soulless. I hope the class action against them destroys the fucking company.
