though this may not be the case for big elven ears, typically the bottom of the nose should roughly line up with where the ears attach on the bottom I think he may also be putting her eyes a bit high, they should be either at or below the half-way mark on her head depending on how cutesy you're trying to make her
I moved the nose down to match the ears and also pushed the eyes down, because moving the nose on its own highlights how the facial proportions are fucked and the eyes are way too high. Honestly it's a flat out improvement if you ignore the missing lines that I can't be bothered getting out my tablet and fixing.
