Thinking about getting an Xbox

Is there really that much of a difference between the two? I don’t give a shit about 4K, I just want good performance from my games and decent graphics at a price that isn’t abominable.

Get the X because the vanilla model can barely do 1080p/30 as it is, most games just go to 900p now.

nigger if you don't have a pc, put that $500 towards a building a pc. that money will get you everything except a gpu and you can grab a 1050ti for like $150 or cheaper used. pirate windows 10 ltsc.

It's possible to get the X for a decent discount. Just look for the fallout 76 bundle every store is trying to get rid of. I do like the x though, even though I don't have 4k, since I can do 1440 on my monitor and support free sync. Then you also have the option in certain games to priorities frame rate.

Xbone as a whole though has been a pretty disappointing experience. Most of the games I enjoyed I can actually play on PC or PS4. I got it to play vidya with friends and coworkers, but now I hardly touch it since turns out I much prefer PC for online games, even if the community is smaller for the games I play.

Good thing I got from costco. I'm returning it once the game pass expires.
