Good reveals: Snake, Little Mac, Jr and the Koopalings, Duck Hunt, Ridley, Simon & Richter, K. Rool
Bad reveals: Rosalina and Luma, Palutena & Dark Pit, Miis, Corrin, Bayonetta, Isabelle
Happy to see the character even if the reveal was bland: Wario, Dedede, PM Trainer, Sonic, ROB, Villager, Pacman, Ryu, Daisy, Dark Samus
No opinion one way or the other: WFT, Robin & Lucina, Shulk, all Pokemon, Chrom, Ken, Joker, and obviously anyone else I've forgotten entirely.
I think the Belmonts deserve that honor too, but the big lizards were my favorites.
K. Rool definitely had the best reveal, but the best actual trailer, for some fucking reason, goes to Ken. The animation and flow of the trailer is unmatched, and Ken's theme being as good as it is definitely plays a role in that. Ken got more attention than Incineroar did in his own reveal.
NOBODY was more smug and arrogant than Bandana Dee fags. Not even Ashleyfags were as bad. And they weren't just smug and arrogant, they were also massive coattails. First they were recencyfags, siding with the likes of Ashley, Spring Man, and Rex. Then when Simon and K. Rool were confirmed, they started grouping Bandana Dee with other Smashfag "Never Evers". A character that became relevant as recent as 2011 was somehow a "Never Ever" with the likes of Ridley, K. Rool, Simon, Banjo, Geno, Isaac, etc? Characters that are have been requested since Melee/Brawl? They could not be more transparent.
And then when Isabelle was confined, they switched sides again back with recencyfags. And the worst part is they don't even care about the Kirby series. They just have an autistic fixation with the goomba in a hat getting in Smash.
Ken's entire purpose was to job to Incineroar and Ken did his job pretty well.

Snake in Brawl was the best reveal for sure.
Ridley's was great, and out of all of those I'm happiest about Ridley being in, but there is just no beating Snake's original reveal at the end of the first Brawl trailer.
