Even if it is EGS exclusive
Dreams needs a PC version ASAP
Other urls found in this thread:
why would anyone bother when you could just make an actual videogame on PC instead?
Ape Escape 4 starring Gravity Rush Kat when?
it has the enhanced PC version called making your own game
I wish it did, if ps5 is backwards compat I might get one just to play dreams.
jesus the cope itt is off the charts already
I wouldn't be opposed to that.
it does, it's called Unity
Post anime

The thermometer is too limiting. With how long it's been in development they should've just kept in longer for a few more years for a PS5 exclusive release. That way the thermometer could be significantly more durable. PS5 is confirmed for PS4 BC but I hope the game will take advantage of the PS5's hardware, I don't give a fuck about the user base being split, Media Molecules fault for being retards and not waiting it out.
Spark was significantly more limiting and didn't have motion controls for easy drawing.
It's called an actual engine.
>Premade everything
>Have to buy DLC if you wanted more premade things to build with
Yes, that sure sounds very similar to Dreams
I'm glad this game is going to flop if it's just going to be used as shitposting material.
You said that last time.
Aren't you tired of shilling your shitty snoy kusoge 24/7?
NO FRICKIN WAY BROS
dreams got a PC port?!?
Autism speaks
How user-friendly is the creation process in this game? I watched Jerma play it and I was genuinely impressed when he stumbled upon a complete, faithful recreation of PT, with the audio and everything.
>Dreams needs a PC version
Dreams is Unity for brainlets.
Have fun rigging and weight painting that shit. Not to mention the texture UV maps.
Look at the angry Nincel.
Conker's Other Bad Day? Make it yourself.
Every asset you make gets uploaded so other people can use it. Be it code, art, models, ect. That's the appeal. Making games requires multiple skills. You can't expect every dev to be a one man band.
Even then, getting the right people with the right skills can be the hardest part. Dreams' system in itself is beautiful.
This game would be ideal on Switch. Not meming either. It's less than 5gb big, has gyro controls, and a need for precision inputs.
Lmao is this 1999? Just import a skelly and generate the weights automatically to get superior results to Dreams. You can also paint textures directly on the model.
t.retard
BING BING!!!!!!!
just like dreams' blue puppet, there's the default biped rig complete with IK that you can bind to your model, I'm sure most 3D programs got one or addons that do this
the only thing that can be time consuming would be weight painting, but better than having your character be a bunch of stuff glued together
also textures can be painted over models directly, there's zbrush and substance painter that do this as well
stfu switchlet, levels are limited enough on PS4. I can't even begin to imagine what kind of shitshow it would be on sõytch.
It sounds like Minecraft on 3ds.
Dreams is honestly the perfect game, in 1998
These days just learn to make a game yourself with any of the free engines out there, you can even make money off of it if you so please
Have fun with dream dream wahoo 2
In all seriousness tho Nintendo would need to make the switch more powerful. Imagine having to manage the thermometer on the switch hardware.
Even if you do know how to 3D model, Dreams is still appealing because not every artist can program an entire game. You can use others models as well. Everything is user generated.
Oh boy, I can't wait for nothing but proof of concepts that never get finished and "other game, but made it dreams" stuff to be the only things to come out of this... I'm excited for this game from a technical standpoint it's cool, but barely anyone will actually be able to see their projects through to the end. Part of the reason why is just the fact that the scope is too big, that's why games like Little Big Planet and Mario Maker worked, they had set limitations which led to people figuring out every single possibility and stretching the game to it's absolute limit in order to make some creative levels(when they weren't making "Stand still check this shit out!" levels). Here, the game seems limitless, and while that's cool in novelty, I feel like we won't ACTUALLY get a lot of noteworthy stuff from this because of that.
But it's not a PS4 exclusive. It's a PS4 VR exclusive. Which is even more exclusive than normal
From what I saw in the vinesauce and jerma's live there's already a lot of great stuff and it's only the early access. This game is going to be such a fucking comfy box, it's lbp×10.
I'll unironically buy a no game station just for this title.
never happening. Sony actually owns the studio Media Molecule so it'll stay on PS4
let's be real here, they're going to make this a PS5 launch title too.
When someone gives up on a project they can just release it for anyone to take over. Every single aspect of a project can be remixed. That opens the door for anyone inspired enough by the first vision to try and see it through to the end, or add their own spin on a half complete project and something even better could come of it.
Pretty sure Unity and Blender are already on PC.
Nice in theory, but in practice, a lot of open source mods just never get finished
Dreams isn't PSVR exclusive. VR support won't even be available until after launch.
>team fortress 3 and half life 3 are going to be Sony exclusives
Looks less fun
