Is the PS4 version worth playing as I have an absolute toaster that struggles with Morrowind?

What are some of the best visual mods? I finally broke down and bought a PC so now I want to experience quintessential Skyrim.

I had fun with the XBONE version. Expect most others here to disagree with me.

I don't know when LOOT was first made, but it has been a couple of years since I've played Skyrim.

All I know is I never used it before and managed to work 50 mods out just by reading forums and readme files last time.
