Who else here thought Endgame was really dissapointing? IW was my jam so I was pretty excited for this one but they fucked up too much shit for me to really get immersed in Endgame.

- Fat Thor is too goofy. Having Thor be depressed is a reasonable idea but his look undermines every scene he is in.
- Wouldn't Earth post snap still be plenty full of people and easily repopulated? Why do we get a shot of New York as if its a completely abandoned apocalypse when it should reasonably look like regular NY minus half the crowd?
- If you are going to knock on Back to the future for their time travel rules why do you then rip off Back to the future to the point where Cap pulls a Doc brown and marries a woman out of his time? The cast constantly interacts with their past selves with no effect, yet they can't do stuff like save Thors mother because ??? The rules of time travel make no sense.
- Nebulas memory drive merge makes no fucking sense and just happens because they needed 2014 Thanos to catch on to their plans so they could have a battle scene
- Final battle scene is pure chaos with no sense of progression. Say what you will about IW but the war scene in Wakanda was solid with nice ups and downs to keep you invested.
- Nataschas sacrifice on Vormir might had been cool if it wasn't so goofy with them trying to basically compete who kills themselves first by doing backflips
- I don't mind a long movie but you need to keep me invested if you make one. Endgame has too many scenes that drag and don't add anything, but paradoxically not enough scenes that add important stuff. Where are the scenes that show Earth after the snap? Maybe show the dolphins in the Hudson river instead of Steve off-handedly mentioning the ramifications of the snap?

I think the gritty details of post-snap Earth didn't matter to Markus and McFeely, and I don't think it's a detriment of the film, even if it would have been cool to have more post-apoc worldbuilding.
Other than that I disagree desu, I think the pacing is as perfect as it can be considering how much of a mess this story really is

i watched IW 3 or 4 days ago because my brother wanted to watch endgame with me on the cinema and just watched endgame a few hours ago,i have to say that i found endgame actually way better than infinity war simply because i felt almost nothing happened in infinity war,it just showed some of the cast losing and that was pretty much it,endgame had actual interaction with the main characters with some development for most of them and had a war/fight in the end that showed everyone,but yes i agree with most of your points anyway
