Try FE7 on GBA, but be sure to download a save file and either play Lyn mode on Hard or skip it alltogether. Gameplay is simple and intuative enough that a long tutorial isn't needed.
Do you enjoy a generic story with forgettable one dimension characters and gameplay based entirely around waiting for the RNG to not fuck you over? FE is the series for yoooou.
Everything is a coinflip, you can have units get completely fucked over because the RNG gave them bad levelups, or randomly make them miss a move that had a "97%" chance to hit and then die, but don't worry aout a character dying, Fire Emblem loves throwing forgettable, boring characters at you again and again so you never run out of canon fodder.
