I just found out that the Crumbling Armor anomaly ends up giving a permanent EGO gift that, while giving pretty fucking good buffs to attack and movement speed, it pretty much makes it so that you can't do any fucking Attachment work.
And I had everyone do Repression on it except one chick on the Info team.

The only way to stop the meltdown is to work directly on the anomaly

One of the less clear mechanics is the memory repository. You're supposed to push as hard as you can with what you have, gain knowledge (both in game through Ego and research) and meta knowledge. If you find yourself with a bad situation or arrangement, you use the memory repository to "retreat" a few days back and replay them with your new toys, minus any employee training or tools you've lost.

This way, you can bulk out your equipment, get a better understanding of the game.

It's not all good. Some entities are not bounded by time. Pay close attention.

Do positive result work with them, Einstein.
Read the lore and take the advice in there or you'll end up getting all of your employees killed.

If he's got a meltdown, you need to perform any kind of interaction.

If his Q counter has hit zero, he will escape unless there's a final condition he requires.

For murderer, you want to send a Fortitude II agent to do Instinct work to clear a meltdown. His counter cannot be raised.

AFAIK, you can no longer remove the aura with a different headgear: You lose the bonus, but the consequences of Attachment work supposedly stay.

I haven't tested personally however.

I've restarted from Day One 2 times. First at 12th day and second time at 23rd day. You get to keep all research and equipments so the reruns go lot smoother because you can avoid bothersome abs and you have all the high end ewuipments for the ordeals.

I won't spoil anything, but I'll give some general tips:

All of these Anomalies can Breach.
58 is relatively straight forward unless you have another specific anomaly in your facility.
If you put them in the same department, you're in trouble. If they end up in the same hallway...
105 is useful for the department, but painful to work with. It's dangerous while breaching, and has a unique gimmick which can fuck you over hard.
68 is the "weakest" of the group, but also dangerous for its level. It will not earn you nearly as much PE, and has a gimmick in combat that might surprise you.

Will the punishing bird go back to its containment after awhile or do I have to send my employees at it? It breached just as I was finishing a day and chose to take one minus on my reward instead of trying to supress it. It was in its room at the start of the next day

For me it goes in cycles like a rollercoaster, easy game is day 1-10; a bit harder from day 10-20, harder again from 20-30, even harder from 30-40, awareness and gear meant it was super easy from 40-45, then suddenly completely fucked on day 46 and I restarted because A. It says it's okay to restart from this point if unprepared and B. I didn't have much good gear and wanted some more supression upgrades.

Restarting with supressions 1-5 done mean the game is now pretty easy til those departments are finished.

I'm not really focused on having my dudes in specific departments. I just have them where I first recruited them or put them when I had to switch them around. My strongest employee sits in the security department even though he could be way stronger if I had put him into the extraction team for example

It makes your employee Out of control for a little bit and they take some SP damage then it goes away. If you have high prudence literally nothing happens. Though it can be a pain in the ass if there's other SP draining things going on inside the hallway as they will snap

It's such a shitty design decision to make it cost extra points to customize your employees. It essentially means that the more time you spend on making your own dudes, the worse they will be.

Is fun but it does become tedious as the game goes on, open new departments that are practically the same, managing agents like is a tablet game is bad since abnormalities force you to micro or everyone gets killed, game get tiresome as you go on if you have many of "result good/bad counter decrease", "any work in other abnormality decrease counter", "employees killed decrease counter".

Yin and Yang are two parts of the same whole and will periodically attempt to breach to fuse with the other. Don't let them.
The magical girls are too far gone to interact with each other, but one of them is at least sane enough (half the time) to notice who it is.

No drama. SCP Secret Lab's dev Hubert is just a gucking lazy piece of shit. On the first year of the game he got around 5k/month patreon bucks and still now around 3k/month. Despite having this steady income he absolutely refuses to use the money on deving the game and his dev team works free. For this reason, the game had no actual updates between June and December and the December update was only a re-addition of the computer skip with barebones abilities. After that there hasn't been new update which makes players lose interest and looking for new SCP fix.
