Which kart racing game will be better? CTR or TSR?

I gotta be honest with you. I think the Plane and Boat sections are mediocre. So I was glad they're sticking with just the Car mechanics and improving on them instead.

Sad they had to take out the SEGA characters tho. Maybe they can put in some of the Sonic Team/SEGA characters like NiGHTS, Billy Hatcher and Amigo just like in Sonic Riders and Sonic Riders ZG

Just play what you like. I'm getting TSR a month after CTR because I just like that one a little more.

That makes no sense. TSR is the one that comes a month before.

Nitro Kart was good in many categories except for the mechanics which were very clunky and awkward to use. By categories, I thought that the world building was cool with the characters being alright. The music was pretty alright but I preferred the GBA N gage version of music more.

Switch for TSR, PS4 for Crash.
Mains are Sonic, Blaze, Knuckles, Silver, Big for Sonic, and Crash for CTR

I wanna say TSR but the roster and track selection is such a step back from SART

A bunch of the new stages look really fucking good if you watched yesterday's stream on the Sonic channel. But what kills it is the amount of stages that are returning from the predecessors

What is so appealing about TSR or even Transformed? The gameplay looks boring as fuck and the tracks are way too long. It doesn’t even look better than Mario Kart. Comparing TSR to CTR, a game which has a legacy for having the best kart racer controls ever is just insulting. PS1 CTR lacks modern kart racer features that are taken for granted, but that’s the beauty of getting a remake with much more content.

The appeal of Transformed was the crazy speed you could reach and the transformation set pieces within stages which made each one feel unique, while also still being easy to jump into for casual players. However I do feel like it lacks the impact once you've played each stages a few times over.
The appeal of TSR is the characters being divided into types and the team gimmicks while retaining the fast pace and set pieces of Transformed. All of the Sumo Digital racers have this theme of taking the tropes of the genre and putting their own spin on them.
I doubt you'll ever bother playing them to give them a fair shot though, and that's fine.
