People talked about v3 for two years. There is nothing to discuss unless you want to regurgitate how divisive the ending is.
There is more discussion about dr1 now because the 10th anniversary is coming up next year and Terasawa (who worked on practically all the games and still works on SpikeChunsoft) wants to "leave hints" for it in the future, and the only thing we have is a bunch of dr1 merch shilling in japan to go off of.
