It was two different attempts at recreating a legendary creature. Biolizard was based on ancient depictions of Perfect Chaos, and Shadow was based on ancient prophecy of Super Sonic.

As a child I was sick a lot and had to go to the hospital constantly, my one saving grace was Shadow the Hedgehog on the PS2. They had PS2's in the hospital and quite big TV's for the time for the children to play on.
I know it's a bad game, but I have a tremendous amount of nostalgia for it, whenever I see it I'm 9 years old again waiting for my next surgery.

The actual best part of the game was how every single one of the 400-odd routes had a unique name. Who else /IronAmbition/ here?
