It's not really that hard to understand
>Crazy cult caused the apocalypse
>Vortex world is created where people fight to shape the new world that will be born
>Lucifer sticks a demon worm in you cuz he thinks you might be cool

It makes more sense later on

Its not very confusing but the atmosphere is one of its greatest assets

Weird how a game about being a pawn of Satan and fighting demons for supremacy has such an amazing OST.

Well you're trapped in purgatory essentially with the remnants of the previous world in a warped state. The game has great atmosphere - story, not so much.

how can i fix the transparency glitch on PCSX2?

I beat this game but I don't know what the fuck is going on

Stop playing games for the story.

So who are the spirits/ghosts? I understand what the clay people are, but the ghost NPCs?

the ghosts are just that, people that didn't survive the transformation and are now stuck in purgatory until someone reshapes everything.

Ok, thank you. Was bothering me for a couple weeks. The first time you meet that female classmate surrounded by a bar full of spirits, kino atmosphere.

The girls in this game are super cute.

Nocturne's plot is rather minimalistic, though quite interesting. The cast feels underdeveloped in ways but their role in the world is still good. Play the game, there might be some confusion on the big picture but you will understand most things.

Will I like this if I've only played Persona 5?
How is that weird? Sounds metal as fuck.

>weird
As in unique, and it is metal as fuck

If you have taste you will. Though if go in expecting more P5 you will be disappointed.

If I want more Persona 5 I'll just play Psychonauts again.

The cast feels that way for the sake of ambiguity, iirc.
But even with so little, the demons with their questions (and responses to answers) are so interesting.
>Lilim's question about beauty having any meaning left if all ugly people disappeared
That shit spun my head with how much I was impressed.
It got even better when I gave her a correct answer.

For me, it's her.

You're saying you don't want to go ass-to-mouth between Chiaki and teacher

Not possible, she's loyal to her husband.

Sandwich me.

I'm absolutely digging the atmosphere of this game, desolate retail is my favorite kind of setting, shit like empty shopping centers and office buildings.
How much of this can I look forward to before I'm thrown into boring sci-fi/fantasy hallways for the remainder of the game?

There's a decent bunch. Most of the dungeons are like that, really.
