Opposite for me. Stage Builder getting added cemented Ultimate as the best Smash ever made and the only problem I have with it is it's made the game so fun I don't know what they could do in future Updates or DLC additions that could be better

Hmm, since 3.0 didn't change that much I'm guessing that you are somewhat ok with the game gameplay wise (because there's not much else you can do besides the recent stage builder)

I am, but at the same time, it's made me play matches more than I ever have. I never even touched an online battle until they added Custom Stages for example and now I actually enjoy fighting people for the first time. Before then I was just replaying Spirit Board battles for 300+ hours. Gameplay-wise I think Ultimate now beat Melee for my favorite Smash with how it feels

In another post I said I realized it's an odd time of day, meaning I know most people are at work and school. But also in another post I mentioned that even in the evening/night there haven't been many arenas.

I wonder if it's because of all the awful glitches that the Arenas have been having the last few days is making people make and join them less? If you can even get an Arena to not crash after one or two matches then it has the stupid random glitch, which is awful if you have more than four people in the room since fixing the glitch means you lose your place in line. It's like Nintendo doesn't even want us to play.

That's actually a really good idea, the Mametchi in that Tamagotchi stage I made would be similar in build to the HamHams, I could probably make them in 3-4 pieces easily so fit a few in. I actually have a good idea for a stage to put them in too, I might give that a go later!

The funny thing is I haven't had it happen to me either, either in the Arenas I join or the ones I host. I've even hosted two Arenas that stayed up for two straight hours and never had any glitches or crashes. So it isn't guaranteed, something is going on with these other anons though because people keep experiencing it repeatedly. It's really strange.

I don't think so. I've definitely had crashes and falling/clipping through stuff but I don't think it's so bad that people would just give up on it entirely.

Absolutely. Single player WAS garbage but stage builder made it way more tolerable. Online is dog shit. To many fucking characters for me but that’s just my opinion. So characters flat out counter others and with input delay I’d rather gnaw on my own foot then play these matches online. WoL is T R A S H. Gameplay is fun

Banjo Kazooie collection (updated)

Revised Click Clock Wood a little bit to fix some issues with the previous 2 versions (such as v2 having a bug where the foreground 'door' wouldn't drop sometimes during offline battles, blocking your view throughout the entire match...). I also adjusted the layout of the stage platforms, and added a little extra background detail with the bird now visible in later seasons to match with the egg seen in Spring. Lag should also be reduced in general, but some minor slowdown is to be expected when initially loading the stage.

I like WoL but the online is abysmal, worst online experience I've had in any game ever. It's even worse than smash 4's online, and I didn't think that was possible.

It’s just ruined the fucking experience for me. Stage builder is fun but I wish you could use blocks like brawl. Drawing gets tedious on that small ass screen for me. The limit also sucks

if there is, I haven't figured it out yet. It's definitely possible to avoid Fall/Winter getting out of sync, but I don't think it's physically possible to avoid Spring/Summer getting out of sync as the panels have to move in the order Spring->Summer->Fall->Winter->Summer->(back to Spring)

If you can figure out an alternate mechanism to avoid having to return to Summer let me know
