Her writing in BFA has been some of the best warcraft has seen since 3.

It re-contextualizes the Founding of Durotar campaign, progresses her character into a believable state by building off of Theramoore's destruction, and it shows her as a well-rounded character and the best aspect of BFA supposedly morally grey story.

I still think the story is shit for the most part, but whoever has handled Jaina has salvaged the character.

I quit before getting to the point in the Kul Tiras quest line where she's freed and before the big patches.

Don't even consider it.

Basically she becomes the high-admiral, gets Kul Tiras back into the Alliance, is still caught up on Arthas, leads an attack on Zandalar and is a horde raid boss, has her brother from WC2 resurrected as a zombie in a plan to assassinate her by Sylvanas, and in the newest shit she's rescuing Baine.

The story is literally Garrosh 2.0 but with the 'subverting your expectations' meme going around I imagine they're going to choose some unexpected but disappointing outcome to everything.

In short, it's still shit but Jaina is a character you'd probably see in something of better quality.

Because her father is proven right by the Horde and Sylvanas intends genocide anyways. She also assists in freeing Baine, and holds some respect for him for returning her undead brother to him.

She's still >dismantle the Horde but the storyline for BFA is a fight for survival. There's even Rexxar attacking civilian settlements in Kul Tiras (which just bugs the shit out of me).

That's what I mean: Horde are just plain evil. All the good aligned characters either left or joined other factions.

Horde is just a combination of bloodthirsty savages, murderers, demon worshipping fools and threat-to-all-who-live.

Even during the bonus campaign, the humans are the aggressors and make it clear they won't stop until Thrall (who was at peace and wanted to avoid conflict) and the rest of the horde are exterminated.

They were all infected, they were all about to turn to undead. Arthas did the right thing. Everyone that disagrees are just brainlets.
