That's Windows 10 being a piece of shit. You'll have to revoke a bunch of permissions that allow services and peripherals to wake your computer. Some of these are in Power Options, the others are in Devices and Printers under each device's Properties>Hardware>Properties>Change Settings>Power Management. You'll have to check every Hardware listed because some devices have that setting on multiple Hardware entries.

When? Windows 10 will wake your PC to try to update itself, and it doesn't go back to sleep because why make the process convenient for anyone. Otherwise, even very subtle mouse movements can wake your computer unless you disable that "feature." This used to happen to me because the house cooling down at night would cause the monitor base to crack against the desk, shaking it just enough to wake the PC.

They dropped a new album like last year I think, I remember thinking one of the songs was pretty good but I was kinda busy so I just dropped it.
I should go back to that.
