Rockstar is stationed all around the globe. The San Diego branch in particular did a lot of work on the Red Dead Redemption games, especially the first one, which I believe was developed exclusively by them.

dude of all the ratchet and clank games, this is one of the weaker ones. It's a good game, but a massive step down from Ratchet and Clank 3.
