Somehow he is making a comeback, he has had positive growth for the last year. He now gets a decent amount of viewers to each of his streams. I sure a lot of viewers are only watching to witness the next train wreck. But given his growth those are a diminishing portion of his viewer base. Though being Phil he will probably not manage his financials well and will barely squeak by.

He was (and still is arguably) a huge rude and mean asshole to most people in general and has a huge habit of constantly blaming something or someone else for when something is his fault, instead of owning up to it. Only recently he's kind of toned all of that down (which is a good thing admittedly), but you can argue it's too late, or it's not enough at this point.
