I wish there were more settings like this. Optimistic dystopia is one of the most underutilised moods in storytelling. Every cyberpunk story seems to be about a mercenary or a cop or a criminal or whatever. I want down to earth, personal observations of someone trying to make the best of the tough world they inhabit.
