Dead but the aus/nz servers have a server running the winter war mod with finns vs russians. It's got a surprising amount of content for a mod, it has tanks, uniform choices, and I'm pretty sure more maps than release RS2 did lol, but it could do with some more weapons.

There's a mod for Rising Storm 2 on the Finnish-Soviet war. It's nothing compared to the og RO but it tickles the fancy.
