It's very likely that the new Splinter Cell game will have both Ironside and the Chaos Theory director returning. Since both were known to have worked on some project since a couple years back.
The game was also leaked last year along with Rage 2 and other E3 announcements but was absent from the show for some reason. So the game is most likely very close to being finished.

I wonder if Capcom will announce anything this year, and if so what. Their last three big games were released within a year of their announcement and that strategy has worked out incredibly well for them, but with RE2 and DMC5 releasing a few months back, MHW releasing last year, Dev2 completely focused on salvaging SF5, what could be next? MHW's expansion is already announced, R3make and DD2 would have started production this year, what kinda secret project could they have been working on in the background of all that to announce this year (and maybe more importantly, who could have been working on it)?
