I'd like to add, The Hand deleting things doesn't even count as touching them. In one of his only meaningful actions in all of part 4, he swipes away a bubble that was set to violently explode on contact with anything, without setting it off. The Hand could wreck nearly any other stand if used correctly, and only can't because pic related.

Okyasu honestly ruined part 4 for me. I know Araki writes like a 14 year old with Alzheimer's, but Okyasu's unbelievable stupidity apparently preventing him from taking the most obvious course of action with that Stand (wiping someone out of existence) shattered my sense of disbelief so hard that I was certain that he would do just that at some point.

Like that's a big flaw to consider if your stand doesn't have lightning quick reflexes to protect you.

During these 10 seconds, Jotaro would stop time at some point, punch the shit out of him, and then pose. Stopped time would only be a single instant to Diavolo when viewing Epitaph. So he sees that Jotaro suddenly just beats the shit out of him in one frame sometime in the 10 seconds, and uses KC. KC makes it so that Jotaro does stop time, punch the shit out of him, and pose, but Diavolo would move out of the way, so at the end of the ten seconds, Jotaro would realize he just finished punching something, but not how, and then Diavolo would donut him.

The one thing I liked about Kakyoin's death is what he does with Hierophant right before he dies. It felt like one of the few times a characters stand basically got a new power but was actually sensible. His stand can stretch, it has a certain range, he eventually realizes "why don't I try to stretch my stand across it's entire range".

If you allow King Crimson to erase The World, it's power extends from 10 seconds to 15, and that's total bullshit.

This has to be reconciled and you can do it in one of two ways:
Events that happen in the stopped time can't be erased by King Crimson because they happen outside of time. You can erase all the time before the stop and all the time after the stop, but there is no time inside the stopped time to erase. The events of the stopped time don't take any time to transpire. You can't say they happen in a moment and that moment is erased because they literally do not happen in any time at all. Time is stopped, and KC can't erase that.
Or
KC can erase the stopped time, but every second erased inside the stopped time counts against his 10 seconds. This would make it so that if time was stopped during his ability, it would cancel out 5 seconds of his ability to escape fate. That would mean he would be doomed to experience the last 5 seconds of his predictions without being able to erase it.

Either way there's an avenue to defeat him. There is absolutely no reason that his ability that affects time should be metaphysically more powerful than the ability to transcend time entirely. DIO's World and Star Platinum exist outside of time and their stand powers ARE able to persist even against other time-affecting stands.
