Watched Cow Chop play an hour of it. Runs like total shit, framedrops, noticable lag. Also generally poor scripting and characters clipping through each other during interaction.

I had it crashed during loading screen. Also, loadings are way too long and you have to deal with 2 of them in a row where you starting a game

runs pretty ok on ps4 pro, but the fan goes crazy loud very frequently, but I noticed it does that on most games, with a bias towards ps4 exclusive games to boot

I work at an electronics retailer and every week people come in with PS4 pros complaining about loud fans.
We send them in to the repair shop that handles them for Sony, they send them back with a giant sticker saying NFF (No Fault/Failure Found) and the customers get fucking enraged because "IT'S SO LOUD MY WIFE'S SON CAN'T STUDY" and "I CAN'T HEAR THE DIALOGUE".

I imagine people like this are literally running their heaters at 90f in their house and keeping their equipment in enclosed areas. Im not saying the ps4 or pro have best cooling but never did my launch ps4 ramp its fans up to the point i can hear it over my tv and i only keep my tv as 12 volume.

I've gotten into the habit of using headphones whenever I play anything on a console. The OneX is nowhere near as loud as the pro, but it still irritates me.

One guy got so irritated by the noise that he put the console inside his television cabinet and closed the door on it while playing. He came in showing me pictures of how the inside of the light wooden cabinet walls had been made extremely dark from the heat.

He was furious and demanded we replace his cabinet. This case ended up lasting three months and after our lawyers ended up telling him the console was perfectly fine and working within the intended parametrises for noise and that the damage he caused was his own because the manual says not to cut off the air flow to the console or place it inside encloses spaces, he still ended up trying to take us the court.

Seems like the lawyer he got shot him down by telling him he had no case, so instead he went on a one-man crusade on twitter and facebook, trying to cause so much outrage and negative press that he would get his will.
Sad thing is that it worked, Company policy is to immediately bend over to anyone who uses social media so I think we paid for both a new console and a new cabinet for the guy.

The bike in this game feels good to drive. I love that every bump causes a bit of controller rumble. It’s been awhile since I noticed that shit in a game.

First, there need to be different frames, engines and general bike types. Not just different skins for the same parts. The bike engine as it stands makes zero fucking sense. Like, is this a one cylinder engine? Am I riding a goddammed two-stroke around? Where is the V-twin? I know they exist because literally every Marauder I kill has one. Iron Mike has a fucking inline 4, for fuck's sake. But alas, I can't get either. Soft tail choppers? All over the place. Can I get one? Nope. This is stupid. Just stupid. I should be able to get an absolute hog put together if I want. V-twin engine, apehangers, fat bob tank, soft tail frame.... fucking hell that would be awesome. But, no. I'm stuck with this retarded Drifter bike that looks like somebody's dirt bike fucked a Suzuki cruiser and let the lovechild get raised by Darryl Dixon. It's just fucked.

Also, I want more bikes. I don't see why that isn't a thing. I should be able to park bikes at different camps. How awesome would it be to build an obnoxiously loud cafe racer for Hot Springs, a hardassed enduro for Cope's camp and some mutant inline-powered chopper at Iron Mike's? Why didn't they do that?

Unlikely, Days Gone is published by Sony themselves and they know their Playstation will become mostly redundant when they start releasing their own games for PC. Red Dead 2 is published by Rockstar/Take-Two hence the multi-platform releases. Sony-published games never release on any other platform other than a Playstation.
